1. Are there circumstances in which waterboarding of prisoners is acceptable?
Yes - 53%
No - 47%
2. Do you consider waterboarding to be torture?
Yes - 80%
No - 20%
I find this totally depressing to think that majority of people would feel torture could be acceptable.
